Nothing makes us happier than receiving words of praise about our dementia homecare services and
how we’re enriching the lives of our clients and their families. Today, we’re sharing some of these
lovely accounts with you.

Grahame and Marilyn

Our first testimonial comes courtesy of Marilyn, whose husband Grahame lives with dementia. She

We spend time with Grahame regularly, doing what he enjoys best: walking in beautiful green spaces! And at Christmas, we took both Grahame and Marilyn to enjoy the amazing Christmas Lights at Dunham Massey – a truly magical event.

Joan and Bernie

Our next account comes courtesy of our client Joan and her daughter, Bernie. Because she doesn’t live close to her mum and works full time, Bernie told us she appreciates being able to keep tabs on her mum via our handy portal, which we use to update families about their loved ones on our visits.

We were delighted when Bernie told us that she has “complete confidence in the care provided by the carers – they are truly amazing” and to hear Joan’s glowing recommendation of how we support her to live as independently as possible with dementia.

Sheila and Sharon

And finally, our third review was sent in by Sharon, whose mum Sheila we look after. We’ve had some wonderful experiences with Sheila, the most moving of which was the moment she was reunited with her husband after two-and-a-half years apart during the Covid pandemic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was such a special occasion and an honour for us to have been present when the reunion took place!
